Terms of sale
Draft terms. To be reviewed before first order.
These terms apply to sales by Record of Sale LLC ("Seller"), Oregon City, Oregon. Products are manufactured by Volume Concrete.
Quotes
No prices are published on this website. Every order requires a written delivered quote, which controls price, freight, tax, lead time and terms. Quotes expire 30 days after issue unless stated otherwise.
Payment
A down payment of 50% of the approved quote total is due before production. The remaining balance, which includes flatbed freight, is due net 30 for government and approved accounts and otherwise before shipment. Government orders under a contract or purchase order follow that contract.
Delivery
Delivery is to the site named in the quote. Buyer provides safe access and offloading equipment unless the quote says otherwise.
Performance
Not crash tested. Performance depends on site conditions; request an engineering review. Products are high-mass vehicle deterrents. Seller makes no claim of any vehicle impact certification or test rating. Images on this website are concept renderings; actual product finish may vary.
Cancellations
Once production begins, the down payment is non-refundable except as required by law or contract.
