How ordering works

1. Request a quote. Choose product and quantity, give the delivery ZIP and site details, and tell us whether you are a government or commercial buyer.
2. Review your delivered quote. We send a secure link showing unit price, product subtotal, flatbed freight, any tax, lead time and terms. Freight is included in delivered quotes.
3. Accept online. Accept the quote from the link.
4. Down payment before production. A down payment of 50% of the approved quote total is paid through secure Stripe checkout (card, ACH bank debit, Apple Pay or Google Pay), by Stripe invoice link, or by check, PO or wire by arrangement. Production starts once it is received.
5. Production by Volume Concrete.
6. Shipping manifest. You get a private tracking link showing your load, delivery timeline and delivery photos.
7. Balance. The remaining balance includes flatbed freight. Government and approved accounts: Net 30. Other buyers: balance due before shipment.

Site offloading equipment (crane, excavator or forklift) is the buyer's responsibility unless the quote says otherwise.
