How a government purchase works

1. Request a government quote below with agency, installation, solicitation number (if any) and delivery location.
2. Receive a delivered quote from Record of Sale LLC. Freight is included in delivered quotes.
3. Government purchase card (GPC): orders within the micro-purchase threshold (typically up to 15,000 dollars) can be paid by card through a secure checkout link sent after the quote.
4. Larger buys: requirements up to the simplified acquisition threshold (typically up to 350,000 dollars), including small-business set-aside opportunities, can be quoted against your solicitation.
5. Terms: net 30 for government accounts. A down payment before production may be requested on card orders; for purchase orders, terms follow your contract.

Pricing

Pricing is provided on request through a delivered quote. GSA schedule pricing pathway: when offered under a GSA contract, pricing would be a discount off commercial list pricing with a most-favored-customer clause and the 0.75% Industrial Funding Fee built in. Record of Sale LLC does not currently hold an awarded GSA schedule contract.
